Did a clutch/flywheel/dp job, 60k, plugs, BC install, plenum pull, 555 install - but the idea of ever pulling the motor freaked me out. I think it was because even with ALL of that stuff out, I still couldn't *see* 1/2 of what was in the "abyss" below the exhaust valve covers. However, after jumping in, pulling out the engine and tearing it down to just the block and rotating assembly (and re-installing everything) I have a completely new understanding of how this thing works. It's certainly not cake-walk, but it's 4X easier than I ever imagined it would be.

The other season is the ROAD CONSTRUCTION season, lasting roughly 3 months. |
